Welcome to Team Training Camps (TTC). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your camp booking with us. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

Definitions

  • “TTC” refers to Team Training Camps, a division of CB Football Management.

  • “Client” means the team, academy, club, organization, or individual making the booking.

  • “Camp” refers to the pre-season, mid-season, or off-season training program, including accommodations, facilities, friendly matches, and related services.

Booking & Payments

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure bookings (accommodation, facilities, friendlies).

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

  • For late bookings (within 6 weeks of arrival), full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

  • Payment should be made via bank transfer, with all transfer charges borne by the client.

  • A camp contract will be issued post-confirmation outlining agreed services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • i- 60+ days before arrival: Deposit forfeited.

  • ii- 31–59 days: 50% of total cost.

  • iii- 0–30 days: 100% of total cost.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused services once the camp has commenced.

Accommodation & Facilities

  • Accommodation is provided in team-friendly hotels (minimum 4-star) with full board unless otherwise agreed.

  • Training sessions take place on natural grass or artificial turf pitches depending on the location.

  • Gym access is available upon request in select locations.

  • Pitches include:

  • i- Standard full-size dimensions

  • ii- Floodlighting for evening sessions

  • iii- Backup options in case of weather disruptions

Dietary Requirements & Laundry

  • TTC coordinates directly with hotel chefs to accommodate special dietary needs, including vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, and allergen-free options.

  • Daily kit laundry service (up to 1 set per person per day) is included unless stated otherwise.

Friendlies & Match Officials

  • TTC arranges friendly matches based on the team’s level, objectives, and availability of opponents.

  • Each friendly includes:

  • i- Referees from local FA associations or certified officials

  • ii- Match logistics, pitch allocation, and hydration

  • Additional friendlies can be arranged for an extra cost depending on availability.

Visas, Invitation Letters & Safeguarding

  • TTC does not provide visa services. Clients are responsible for securing the appropriate visas for each participant.

  • Upon request, TTC can issue official invitation letters for visa support.

  • TTC follows a strict safeguarding policy, and all staff working with minors are background-checked and certified where applicable.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide staff-to-player ratios aligned with their country’s safeguarding guidelines.

Travel & Logistics

  • TTC can assist in organizing:

  • i- Airport transfers

  • ii-Internal transport to and from training grounds, matches, and excursions

  • Travel insurance is the client's responsibility. TTC is not liable for personal injuries, flight disruptions, or baggage loss.

Medical & Insurance

  • TTC ensures medical support is available on-site or nearby, depending on the location, only if requested in advance by the team or club.

  • Teams are advised to travel with their own medical staff.

  • Adequate medical and travel insurance is mandatory for all players and staff.

Force Majeure

TTC is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Wars, riots, or strikes

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Governmental regulations

In such cases, TTC will work in good faith to reschedule or modify the itinerary where possible.

Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully throughout the camp.

  • TTC reserves the right to remove individuals or teams from the program due to misconduct, without refund.

Liability & Indemnity

  • TTC accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.

  • Clients are liable for any damages caused by team members to hotel property, facilities, or transport.

Changes to Itinerary

  • Minor adjustments to the itinerary (training times, match schedules, etc.) may occur due to external factors.

  • TTC will communicate such changes promptly and offer suitable alternatives where possible.

Photography & Media

  • TTC may use photographs and videos captured during camps for promotional purposes.

  • Teams may opt-out by informing TTC in writing before the camp starts.
