A tailored programme can combine training, suitable friendly matches, accommodation, meals, local transfers, kit laundry and coordination, with optional excursions. Your proposal confirms the exact inclusions, quantities and costs. International flights are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
Can we choose our own dates and number of nights? ＋
Yes. Share your preferred dates and length of stay, and we will check suitable options. There is no fixed six-night requirement. Hotel, venue and opponent availability will influence the proposed programme.
Do we need to play in Mina Cup? ＋
No. This is a separate football experience tour that can be planned without tournament entry. It suits teams whose dates, age groups or preferred playing experience do not fit a tournament, as well as groups seeking their own itinerary.
Can you arrange friendly matches for academy teams? ＋
We explore opposition around your team's age and playing level. Send your squad profile and preferred number of matches so we can assess options. Specific clubs, opponents and fixture dates are subject to suitability and availability.
Must our tour include Dubai and Abu Dhabi? ＋
No. You can ask for a Dubai base, an Abu Dhabi base or a programme involving both. We discuss what works for your football schedule, travel arrangements and budget before preparing the proposal.
How much does a football tour to Dubai cost? ＋
We quote each group individually. The main variables are travel dates, number of nights and travellers, room arrangements, hotel choice, training, matches, transport and excursions. Share an approximate budget so we can explore suitable options.
Can one player join a tour or apply for trials? ＋
This offer is for organisations travelling with a team or organised group. It is not an individual-player camp, trial, scouting or recruitment programme. The organiser should enquire on behalf of the travelling group.
How far in advance should we enquire? ＋
Enquire once you have a likely travel window and group size. Earlier planning gives more time to explore hotel, training and match options. We will assess your requested dates rather than promise a fixed booking lead time.
